In
accordance with PIAA policy, all active LVSOA/PIAA officials
MUST attend a minimum of EIGHT (8) LVSOA/PIAA meetings during
the school year.
- (1) - Fall Mandatory
Rules Interpretation Meeting (LVSOA/PIAA or another chapter)
- (6) - Fall LVSOA/PIAA
Chapter Meetings (may substitute 3 meetings at another PIAA
chapter)
- (1) - Spring
LVSOA/PIAA Chapter Meeting (Review Rules Interpretation)
Members who
fail to comply with this requirement risk being suspended
by PIAA for one (1) year. Such suspensions will likely include
both a fall and a spring season.
Members
who wish to attend a meeting at another PIAA chapter to satisfy
attendance requirements should go to the Rules
Interpretation Schedule page on the PIAA website (click
on the link for the Soccer meeting schedule).
A list of chapters and their chapter contacts is provided.
Members can obtain meeting schedules for other chapters through
the chapter contacts on this list.

THE
SIGN-IN SHEET IS THE OFFICIAL RECORD OF ATTENDANCE AT EACH
LVSOA/PIAA MEETING. MEMBERS WHO DO NOT SIGN IN DO NOT RECEIVE
CREDIT FOR ATTENDING THE MEETING.
